Our founding
Crowd Content launched in Victoria, BC to challenge the “wild west” of early content marketplaces. While others ran on loose briefs and zero accountability, we built structure and performance into the system from day one, guiding clients to give better instructions and giving writers clear incentives to deliver fast, high-quality work. It raised the bar for the entire industry.

In 2014, Crowd Content crossed a major milestone: 10 million words delivered to clients in a single year. It proved we were ready to run enterprise-scale programs for leading global brands and agencies.

Our services
A major customer struggling with deadlines and dozens of writers sparked a new approach: assigning a dedicated Content Manager. That success became the blueprint for Managed Services, giving clients a single point of contact to build teams, oversee production, enforce standards, and deliver publish-ready content.
